It’s been awhile since we’ve heard anything on Ezra Miller and his various escapades. The most recent reports suggested that the actor was seeking help for their behavioral problems. It’s also been confirmed that he’ll still be appearing in The Flash, though it seemed unlikely that he’d return to the role after the film is released. Now a new report has revealed Ezra Miller could face up to 26 years in prison if he’s convicted of felony burglary.
As revealed via Deadline, Ezra Miller has so far pled not guilty to the felony burglary charges. Of course, if he is founded guilty, then Ezra Miller could face the aforementioned 26 years in prison in addition to more than $2,000 in fines. For those unfamiliar, Ezra Miller was previously charged with felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont. They allegedly stole three bottles of liquor from their neighbor, Isaac Winokur.
As a result, and after appearing remotely for their court session in the criminal division of Vermont’s Superior Court, they were told to avoid Winokur and another resident named Aiden Early as conditions of their release. As such, the next hearing in the case is currently scheduled for January 13, 2023. So, with that in mind, we’ll have additional details by then. Until then, however, this is certainly a major headache for both Miller and Warner Bros at a time when headlines were slowing down.
