American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy is once again uniting with actor Evan Peters for a brand-new project. This time, however, they’ll be working outside the realm of fiction to bring together a biographical tale about real-life serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. Evan Peters will be starring in the series titled Dahmer as the titular killer, and as you can see in the brand-new trailer, he does a chilling job.
The new series is said to be told from the point-of-view of Dahmer’s victims. As such, it’ll be an interesting take on the real-life incidents surrounding the vile serial killer.
We’ve already seen a recent biographical take titled My Friend Dahmer which starred Ross Lynch as Jeffrey Dahmer. But if this new trailer is any indication – then Netflix’s Dahmer will be a much different interpretation.
Jeffrey Dahmer managed to murder seventeen different men and boys between the years 1978 and 1991. With crimes spanning over a decade in time, there’s certainly plenty of material to cover, and this new Netflix series will delve deep into some of the stories surrounding Jeffrey Dahmer and his victims. This also includes the way police mishandled the situation and how he continued to get away with his crimes for so long.

In addition to the inclusion of Evan Peters as Jeffrey Dahmer, the cast of Dahmer also includes Niecy Nash, Penelope Ann Miller, Shaun J. Brown, Colin Ford, and Richard Jenkins.
The new biographical series Dahmer will be available to stream via Netflix later this month on September 21, 2022. Fans can stay tuned to ScreenGeek for additional updates regarding Dahmer and the works of both Ryan Murphy and star Evan Peters as we have them. As for now, it looks like Dahmer will be an interesting tale to keep viewers interested in their work or true crime occupied.
