In addition to previous arrests and allegations made against The Flash actor Ezra Miller, it now appears that they’re facing a felony burglary charge.
The burglary, which occurred in Stamford, Vermont, happened at an unoccupied house. As noted in the official police report, they discovered that several bottles of alcohol were missing from a residence in Stamford while the owners were not present.
As it happens, the police found probable cause to charge Miller after they collected statements and analyzed surveillance footage.
As explained below:
“On 05/01/2022 at approximately 1755 hours, the Vermont State Police was notified of a burglary complaint at a residence on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont. The initial findings indicated that several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present. As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.”
Furthermore, they were finally able to locate Ezra Miller on “08/07/22” and “issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on 9/26/22.” Ezra Miller will then face arraignment for the felony burglary charge.
As of this writing, no other details regarding the event have been revealed. As such, we’ll have to wait until the arraignment for further information. As it stands, however, this certainly doesn’t look good for Ezra Miller. The actor has already faced a number of previous arrests and other such allegations which have only piled up throughout the year. While Warner Bros still seems adamant about releasing The Flash in theaters, it might not have any support from the public at this rate.
