Although the court of popular opinion has chosen to criticize Amber Heard, especially after the verdict was mostly in favor of Johnny Depp amid their recent trial, it seems not everyone feels that way. In fact, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom co-star Dolph Lundgren had nothing but praise to give for Amber Heard.
He revealed as much while speaking with The Independent, and explained that Amber Heard was both “terrific” and “very kind” during their interactions. Obviously he feels much different about her than the majority of the world that’s been following the Depp vs Heard defamation trial.
Here’s what Dolph Lundgren stated in regards to Amber Heard:
“She was great,” Lundgren said. “I worked with her on the first Aquaman, now the second one. We shot last fall in London.”
He continued, “She’s terrific. I had a great experience with her. She’s very kind, nice to the crew, nice to everybody, just down to earth. She had her newborn baby with her on set with the nanny which was kind of cute.”
It’s certainly interesting to see this type of support for Amber Heard, especially in recent times. Of course, now that the jury’s verdict is out, we’ll likely continue to see support for both Johnny Depp and Amber Heard for the near future. As such, everyone can stay tuned to ScreenGeek for more updates on Johnny Depp, Amber Heard, and the upcoming film Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom as we have it.
The film will once again star actor Jason Momoa as the titular superhero, Aquaman. The aforementioned Amber Heard is still expected to reprise her role as Mera. The cast also includes Patrick Wilson as Ocean Master, Dolph Lundgren as King Nereus, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta.
Audiences can currently expect Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom to be released early next year on March 17, 2023.
