The newest season of Stranger Things has finally hit Netflix. After years of waiting, fans have been delighted to revisit Hawkins while seeing a variety of new locations and characters. With the new season also being the darkest iteration of the show yet, it’s offered a surprising change of pace alongside some super-sized episodes. Luckily, fans won’t have long to wait for the next two episodes – Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2 – which will finish out the season.
While fans spent years waiting for Stranger Things 4 to arrive, they’ll only have to wait about a month for the last two episodes to be released. Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2 will be released on July 1, 2022. And although there are only two episodes released in this batch, the season finale will be a whopping 2 hours and 30 minutes long. So fans will still have plenty of Stranger Things content on this upcoming date.
While there aren’t many details for what the two episodes will focus on available, the first seven episodes definitely deliver a pretty good idea. Many of the puzzle pieces for this season have come together and it’s no doubt going to be a crazy finale coming up. It’s also going to set up the events of season 5, which will be the final season of Stranger Things, so we’ll probably continue to see some pretty big reveals.
The cast for the new season includes returning stars David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, and Noah Schnapp. We will also be seeing the return of Sadie Sink, Joe Keery, Natalia Dyer, Maya Hawke, Priah Ferguson, Winona Ryder, and Cara Buono. New additions to the cast include Robert Englund, Jamie Campbell Bower, Eduardo Franco, Joseph Quinn, Sherman Augustus, Mason Dye, Nikola Djuricko, and Tom Wlaschiha.
Fans can currently watch the newest season of Stranger Things on Netflix, with the second volume of episodes scheduled to be released on July 1.
