After many COVID-related delays, production has finally been moving swiftly ahead for Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, the seventh film in the long-running spy film franchise. Tom Cruise has returned once again to star in the new film, and as you can see in the below teaser trailer, Mission: Impossible 7 certainly looks like it’ll live up to fans’ expectations.
In fact, the new trailer actually reveals a familiar character that hasn’t appeared since the original film. Fans will notice the inclusion of Henry Czerny’s character Eugene Kittridge, who was the former director of IMF during the events of the first Mission: Impossible. It’s a great way to bring things full circle assuming this and its upcoming sequel really are going to be the final Mission: Impossible sequels.
