Fans have been excited to see That ’90s Show, the highly-anticipated sequel series to That ’70s Show. The Netflix series will be bringing back many fan-favorite characters from its predecessor. This includes Red and Kitty – once again played by Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp. Now the first look at That ’90s Show has revealed the aforementioned return of Red and Kitty, and it’s definitely a nostalgic image.
The image shows Red and Kitty in a rather familiar setting. It’s a nice reminder for fans that the upcoming series will be respectful of the original series. Hopefully we’ll have more looks at it soon.

Here’s the logline for the upcoming series:
“Hello, Wisconsin! It’s 1995 and Leia Forman, daughter of Eric and Donna, is visiting her grandparents for the summer, where she bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids under the watchful eye of Kitty and the stern glare of Red. Sex, drugs and rock ’n roll never dies, it just changes clothes.”
Aside from Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp, in case that wasn’t enough, fans can expect many other characters from That ’70s Show to make a return. This includes Topher Grace as Eric Forman, Mila Kunis as Jackie Burkhart, Ashton Kutcher as Michael Kelso, Laura Prepon as Donna Pinciotti, and Wilmer Valderrama as Fez.
Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp will serve as executive producers for the series. That ’70s Show creators Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner return as writers and executive producers alongside daughter Lindsey Turner, and also Marcy Carsey and Tom Werner via The Carsey-Werner Company.
