We’re on the midst of getting a new Doctor Strange film, titled Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which will take fans through a variety of new Marvel universes. It’s expected that we’ll be seeing plenty of different versions of our favorite Marvel characters, otherwise known as variants, and one cosplayer created her own. In particular, she conjured up a stunning cosplay with her own unique take on a female Doctor Strange costume.
While we’ll be getting a number of actual Doctor Strange variants in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe epic, it’s still nice to see fans present their own takes on the material. And this particular take is sure to make fans eager for a female Doctor Strange. It’s worth noting that there is a female version of sorts in the actual Doctor Strange comics named Clea, who is often considered the Sorceress Supreme. But this cosplay is obviously inspired by Benedict Cumberbatch’s take on the character.

In any case, it’s great to see someone share their own cosplay creations. With Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness on the way, and new trailers being released for the film, it’s clear that everyone is excited to see what’s in store for the iconic character. With so many different variants, universes, and continuities at stake – this will be a massive MCU film and it’ll be great to see where it takes the franchise going forward.
Sam Raimi directed Doctor Strange 2, otherwise known as Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, from a screenplay written by Jade Bartlett and Michael Waldron. The film’s cast includes Benedict Cumberbatch, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Xochitl Gomez.
Audiences will be able to see Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness when it hits theaters on May 6, 2022.
