With so many characters apparently showing up in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, it’s hard to keep track what’s been confirmed and what’s merely rumored. One such rumor is that Tom Cruise will actually be playing a variant version of Iron Man in the film. And while this hasn’t yet been confirmed, some fans believe they’ve spotted Tom Cruise’s Iron Man in the newly-released Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness trailer.
It’s worth noting that the images are quite blurry and only show the character in two different shots. But considering we have no idea how a potential Iron Man played by Tom Cruise would look like, it seems reasonable that fans are speculating the connection. Of course, we’ll likely only know for sure once the film is officially released. Of course, that doesn’t mean fans haven’t had some interesting thoughts on the matter. In fact, they give some good reasons as to why it actually is Tom Cruise’s Iron Man.
