One of the most anticipated aspects about the Marvel Cinematic Universe going forward is the inevitable introduction of the X-Men superhero team. Fans are extremely curious to see how Marvel plans to introduce these characters to their superhero franchise, and whether or not the characters will be played by any familiar actors. And while nothing is set in stone, that hasn’t stopped said actors from expressing their desire to reprise these roles for the MCU. This is now the case with Halle Berry, who played Storm in a variety of X-Men films over the years – and also played DC Comics’ Catwoman in a standalone film.
As revealed in an interview with ComicBook, she would be very much open to returning as Storm. With Marvel working on reintroducing their newly-acquired X-Men characters, and a fan petition gaining support to have Halle Berry return, this is perfect news for fans. Especially those who might’ve been unsure if she’d ever want to return.
Here’s what she specifically stated:
“I would revisit any of them, actually. I loved all of those characters and I was always grateful to get to play them and be a part of those big franchises, you know? So I would revisit any of them.”
Aside from the X-Men franchise, Halle Berry also played the lead role in the 2004 Catwoman movie. As such, she noted that she was also up for returning to DC’s comic book film franchises. It seems that Halle Berry is always happy to be a part of these brands, and that’s always great news for fans. With the ongoing Multiverse hype from both Marvel and DC, that certainly opens up a lot of doorways for Halle Berry to return. And fans certainly do want to see her back as Storm, as you can see from some of the below social media posts:

While none of this is confirmed, it would certainly be great to see Halle Berry back with the rest of the X-Men in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Of course, for now, we’ll just have to see what happens and how Marvel plans to reintroduce these characters.
