The upcoming live-action Halo television series has been in development for quite some time now. But the release of the series is finally just ahead of us, with its first official trailer as confirmation. The new trailer for Halo just dropped today, and it’s full of exciting glimpses for the massive action and science-fiction series that’s been produced for Paramount Plus. If one thing is for certain, it looks like fans of the Halo video game franchise will be pleased to see their favorite armored Spartan as he takes on the Covenant.
The series first began shooting in October 2019, and even that took place after years of development hell. As such, it’s really exciting to see everything finally coming together. The trailer below is proof of that, and while it doesn’t reveal too much, it does show that the series looks to be in good hands.

The cast for this series includes actor Pablo Schreiber as Master Chief aka John-117, Natascha McElhone as Dr. Halsey, Jen Taylor as Cortana, and Bokeem Woodbine as Soren 066.
The live-action Halo series will premiere exclusively on the Paramount Plus streaming platform later this year in 2022.
