With so many Spider-Man projects either in development or on the way, it’s nice to look back at the great characters and iconic moments we’ve received in the past. One such film that’s delivered plenty of that is none other than Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Sony’s animated film that explored various different versions of Spider-Man. As a result, however, many fans have also taken the opportunity to recreate these iconic characters themselves. This has brought some pretty spectacular Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse cosplays, some of which you can see below.
These cosplays were performed by @hendoart and @superxluigi. The two took the time to replicate both Spider-Gwen and the unmasked version of Peter Parker that we saw in the animated film. And if you scroll to the right, Miles Morales can also be seen. As these particular takes on the characters have only been seen officially in animated form, it’s nice to see these live-action interpretations. They really do a great job at making the characters seem both heroic but also silly, such as the photos where they’re shown eating pizza together. And it’s those types of moments that truly make the Spider-Man character the beloved icon that it is today.

While it’s been a few years since Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was released to theaters, we already have one of two sequels on the way. The first look at Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Part OneĀ was already released, and showed some slightly older versions of Gwen Stacy and Miles Morales. It also revealed the return of Miguel, otherwise known as Spider-Man 2099. As mentioned above, there are so many great characters from the overall Spider-Man lore that can be explored and mined, both officially and by fans themselves. So hopefully we’ll see more excellent examples of cosplays like these two Spider-Verse fans have provided soon.
In the meantime, Spider-Man: No Way Home should give us a taste of a live-action Spider-Verse very soon.
