We’re only a few days away from the highly anticipated release of Spider-Man: No Way Home. After what felt like such a long wait for the film, it’s finally almost here. As such, the promotional campaign is at its very height – and that includes actor Tom Holland giving his all. The actor recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live where he took the opportunity to read some mean tweets pointed towards himself. But considering where the actor’s career and life is at right now, the tweets are pretty inefficient at causing any harm. As such, Tom Holland gave one perfect response to one tweet in particular.
As you can see below, he read one of the tweets which simply insulted the actor. Tom Holland read the tweet aloud, quoting, “Well Tom Holland is an absolute wanker.”
Then, with a simple shrug, Tom Holland gave the following response:
“And he’s also Spider-Man.”
No doubt, most people probably wish they had that level of a comeback to use. It’s pretty perfect considering Tom Holland has several appearances as the beloved comic book character. This includes what’s soon to be three solo movies, several appearances in crossover films like Avengers: Endgame, and even more films planned for the future. It’s clear that no mere tweet can stand in the actor’s way, and he’s just happy to be where he is in life. And, imaginably, he’ll continue to see an increase in support and hype with the actual release of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Many fans are more than anxious to see the new MCU flick, and it will likely only boost Tom Holland’s popularity.
As such, fans can stay tuned to ScreenGeek for more updates on actor Tom Holland and his upcoming ventures as Spider-Man, which includes Friday’s Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is scheduled to hit theaters on December 17, 2021.
