The Marvel’s Avengers video game has had a slow rise to popularity since its beta release. But as more time passes and more updates come to players, the game is beginning to shape into something fans can really get behind. Especially fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The game lives within its own universe, but recent releases have provided MCU costumes for the characters and the latest to drop is for the God of Thunder himself, Thor.
Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics took their time in releasing the promised MCU looks, but once they started, they have come at a proper steady pace. The latest is for Thor and it is a truly movie accurate look. As seen in the tweet, while he doesn’t have Chris Hemsworth’s face, the costume is spot on from the movies. It’s the full battle version with the armored chainmail sleeves.
One thing that is for sure with this game, whether you enjoy it or not, one cannot deny the attention to aesthetic details and the beauty of the graphics. It is unclear whether we will get any other version of MCU looks for Thor or any of the other Avengers, as we have already gotten Endgame costumes. But with looks like these, fans should be excited if they decide to bring us more.
