Arguably the most anticipated film for both Marvel and Sony right now, the studios have kept an incredibly tight lid on any plot points or spoilers when it comes to the upcoming third Spidey solo flick, Spider-Man: No Way Home. But, that doesn’t stop rumors from running rampant of it being a possible live action Spider-Verse film. With Jamie Foxx and Alfred Molina being confirmed to return to their villainous roles from the previous iterations, there is at least some validity to that thought process. Top that with the multiverse breaking free at the end of the first season of Loki on Disney Plus, and it looks more and more like a reality. Now, a new potential clue has surfaced surrounding possible reshoots for the film.
Kirsten Dunst, the original big screen Mary Jane, is rumored to also be in the movie. She was spotted on the grounds of Sunset Gower Studios in Los Angeles. Supposedly this is where the reshoots for the film are being held.
That’s not me.

Interestingly enough, Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland have both been spotted in L.A. recently as well, even though neither of them live there nor are working on any other projects at the moment. In the initial reports, the woman seen with Dunst was labeled as Deborah Ann Woll which led to fans thinking that she was joining the rumored Charlie Cox in bringing the Netflix Marvel show Daredevil into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, the actress was quick to denounce the image as her, and it later turned out to be Dunst’s best friend. Regardless, seeing Kirsten on the lot adds even more gasoline to the raging fire that is the rumor mill surrounding this movie.
At this point, with no official synopsis or even a teaser trailer, Sony and Marvel may just do the unthinkable and forego any traditional marketing to hype up what is quite possibly the most anticipated film from either studio ever- and, I’m here for it. The more shown means the more secrets possibly ruined. We are all going to see this film regardless, so let’s all be genuinely excited and surprised when it hits theaters in December.
