Is is a well known fact that Tom Holland is the king of Marvel Cinematic Universe spoilers, rivaled only by possibly Mark Ruffalo. Holland let some many spoilers slip that the Russo brothers were forced to give him a fake script for Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame. Now, as production begins on Spider-Man 3, in the joint venture between Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures, Holland has all eyes on him. He has seemingly grown and matured, learning from his past mistakes, and even with the new script in his hand, he’s not letting any secrets out.

Tom Holland posted a video of himself in Atlanta (where they’re filming the movie) with a new iPad containing the script for Spider-Man 3 (rumored to be called Spider-Man: Homesick, but nothing has been confirmed as of yet). Instead of spoiling anything from the film, Holland seemingly breaks the iPad off screen! It actually seems to be that he just snapped off part of the protective case that is meant to come off, so no worries there. Tom goes on to say that he’s excited to see what he’ll be doing for the next five months (giving us an idea of the shooting schedule for the film), but he won’t tell us anything because he has learned his lesson.
There is a lot of anticipation going on with the movie. There seems to be a bit of a SpiderVerse happening going on, as J.K. Simmons will return once again as J. Jonah Jameson and Jamie Foxx is returning as Electro (albeit not blue and all around horrible like in The Amazing Spider-Man 2). There have also been rumors of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield reprising their versions of Peter Parker/Spidey for this film, but Sony has since said those rumors are not confirmed. However, this doesn’t mean it isn’t happening, as Sony could just be trying to keep the wool over our eyes a bit longer. Regardless, this film looks to be epic, especially considering the ending of the previous movie. Hopefully, we’ll get some behind the scenes shots soon enough, and at least garner some idea of what is to come.
