As we previously reported, actor Johnny Depp’s lawsuit including his ex-wife, actress Amber Heard, has brought to light a whole batch of new revelations. For one thing, Johnny Depp has accused Amber Heard of having had an affair with Elon Musk while the two were still married. As a result, some information was revealed in which Johnny Depp had actually threatened Amber Heard by saying he’d castrate Elon Musk. Once Musk heard of this, he jokingly challenged Johnny Depp to a cage fight – and in a new development, Mickey Rourke has now challenged Elon Musk to a bare-knuckle fight in honor of Johnny Depp.
It’s a fascinating response, especially when you consider that Johnny Depp hasn’t even had anything to say to Elon Musk after he jokingly challenged Depp to a cage fight. Nevertheless, Mickey Rourke felt the need to defend Johnny Depp against Elon Musk, and he made the following Instagram post to express his willingness to fight:
“I just read that ELON MUSK has challenged Johnny Depp to a fight. I have the better idea if Elon Musk is in fighting mood he can fight someone his own size. I’d gladly love the opportunity to take you to school mr. tough guy Elon Musk. Bare fists, elbows and knees and I will only use one hand-my left. We can both put down $200k a piece, winner take all, no rules. So instead of picking on someone who weighs 130 lbs I am calling your ass out. Warmest regards, Mickey ‘Marielito’ Rourke.”
This really is a surprising move, especially considering Mickey Rourke wasn’t involved in any of the previous discussions between Johnny Depp, Amber Heard, or Elon Musk. But considering the vast amount of powerful celebrities being dragged into the battle between Depp and Heard, maybe it isn’t that surprising after all.
Besides, Mickey Rourke already recently reignited an ongoing fight between himself and actor Robert De Niro – so perhaps something like this should’ve been expected all along.
Nevertheless, there will no doubt be plenty more unexpected twists and turns from this ongoing legal battle – so stay tuned to ScreenGeek for any information on the subject as we have it.
