It’s Awards Season once again for Hollywood. The Golden Globes have already passed, and the Oscars are this coming weekend. But, there’s another major awards ceremony that’s in the near future, and it might be the most important. I’m talking, of course, about the Golden Raspberry Awards! The Razzie awards honor the worst that cinema has to offer for the year, showcasing terrible acting, bad scripts, and horrible directors. And, this year has some doozies, and even a brand new category!
The Razzies have released their nominations – and we have them for you here. Cats, the CGI nightmare fueling disaster is among the top nominees, alongside Rambo: Last Blood and A Madea Family Funeral. They’ve also added a new category: Worst Reckless Disregard for Human Life and Public Property. Here is a list of all the nominees in each category.

One surprising fact is that X-Men: Dark Phoenix, the incredibly bad final chapter to the Fox X-Men films, isn’t nominated for more awards. But, as you can see, the field is pretty stacked. On a more positive note, Adam Sandler is finally getting some awards recognition for his amazing performance in Uncut Gems in the only positive category, the Redeemer Award.
The Razzies typically air the night before the Oscars, but with the shortened Academy timetable, the Razzies have decided to focus on their own timeline and come out on a later date.
