Even though the WB’s Justice League didn’t resonate with audience members it was still a feat nonetheless. The film had come across a considerable amount of problems before production was complete but made it to the finishing line. What fans got was a jumbled mess of storytelling, acting, and CGI effects which lead to the idea that more unused footage is out there. Director Zack Synder has been releasing photo stills and stories of what could’ve been of his Justice League. It looks like another has popped up.
The photo in question feature Henry Cavill as Superman and his return among the land of the living. The photos don’t give us a whole lot but the behind-the-scenes picture is a good reminder of Cavill’s untapped charm as the Man of Steel.

OTHER: BTS Superman talks to Alfred in Justice League from r/DC_Cinematic
The scene is said to a part of the film where Superman exchanges dialogue with Jeremy Irons’ Alfred Pennyworth. My money is that it might be the scene we got in the trailers but never showed up in the finished product. Whatever it might be, it’s a crime that fans of these characters never got the Justice League that they deserved.
In time, we’ll probably finally have all our questions answered on what the hell happened with the Justice League production and maybe that mythical Snyder cut will be released. Until then, we’ll just have our current take of the superhero team.
Here’s the low down on the story of Justice League if a reminder is needed:
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg, and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
