Lee will be sorely missed, and it’s said that he had already filmed his next few MCU movie cameos, something that will also be missed, as it has been a staple in the films (even before the Marvel Cinematic Universe) for quite some time now.
As a fan of Marvel Comics for my entire life, this is definitely a sad day, but a day many of us knew was on the horizon. Lee will forever be remembered for creating some of the most legendary comic book characters to date, and making our childhoods a lot of fun. What he did was truly special, and will never be done again.
