    ‘Avengers 4′ Leak Reveals Thanos’ Brutal New Weapon

    Back before Avengers: Infinity War hit theaters, many pieces of the film’s toyline hinted that Thanos would end up wielding a pretty imposing double bladed sword in the film’s climax (seriously, it appeared with at least two toys!). However – by the time the credits rolled, the weapon was no where to be seen, not that he needed it of course. Now, thanks to some recently leaked Avengers 4 concept art however, we can get an idea of what it would have been like.

    We don’t know who actually produced the art of the weapon, but it recently surfaced on Reddit thanks to user anirudhhamarvel. As you can see from the image below, it looks as though the weapon is just as deadly as it’s user with it already looking to have seen plenty of action based on the damage it’s already received.

    As earlier stated, the Mad Titan was plenty deadly without the aid of a double bladed sword through the use of his Infinity Gauntlet, however, as eagle eyed viewers have noticed, the gauntlet wasn’t looking too good after he used it for that fateful snap of the fingers. Perhaps this means that the villain will be bringing the weapon out when Earth’s Mightiest Heroes come at him for Round Two in Avengers 4.

    Interestingly enough, this isn’t the only piece of Thanos merchandise which didn’t make it into the final film, as one lucky shopper managed to grab an image of the Infinity Gauntlet style Saxophone. Yes… really. Check it out below:


    One can only imagine this instrument was set to appear in an alternate ending which saw the Titan sit on his porch, looking at the sunset before busting into the greatest Sax solo ever seen on screen.

    We’ll find out for certain when the currently untitled film is released next May.
