Creep is a found-footage horror that was released in 2014. Although the concept of the movie is simple, it is well executed and keeps you guessing throughout. Creep is a perfect example of what a found-footage horror can and should be. The sequel was released last year and that ended up smashing the first one out the water and got brilliant reviews from critics. Now, we’re officially getting a Creep 3.
Mark Duplass, writer and the actor that plays the creepy lead, Josef, has tweeted confirming that writing has begun for Creep 3. In his tweet, he wrote “While we work on writing CREEP 3, please enjoy the world premiere of CREEP 2.5″ before linking to an Instagram post that features the recognisable wolf mask from the movies.

It looks like this instalment is going to be a crazy one. Director Patrick Brice said in a podcast last year that if they were to do a third movie, it would be off the rails. He said “I like the idea of, if we do a third movie, it being our Army of Darkness. Ya know. Going kind of off the rails. We’ll see.”
If you haven’t seen the first two movies, in Creep…
Aaron answers an online ad and drives to a stranger’s house to film him for the day. The man wants to make a movie for his unborn child, but his requests become more bizarre as the day goes along.
In Creep 2…
A video artist who craves shocking stories realises she has made a mistake when she meets a serial killer in a cabin.
I am super excited for the third instalment of the Creep franchise. We don’t have anymore information right now but we will share it as it comes.
