The Nun is a pretty highly anticipated upcoming film for horror fans, and rightly so. Many are into The Conjuring universe, after the major success of those films, and have been waiting for a trailer for this spin-off film for quite a while now. We have some good news, though, as the trailer is finally here – and it does not disappoint.
We were also given the first poster:

Like we said, if you’re a fan of this franchise, you’re definitely going to be even more excited for this one after watching that trailer. Once we get more news on the movie, we’ll keep you posted.
The Nun stars Demian Bichir (A Better Life) as Father Burke, Taissa Farmiga (American Horror Story) as Sister Irene, Jonas Bloquet (Elle) as local villager Frenchie, Charlotte Hope (Game of Thrones) as the abbey’s Sister Victoria, Ingrid Bisu (Toni Erdmann) as Sister Oana, and Bonnie Aarons, reprising her The Conjuring 2 role as the title character.
The synopsis for the film:
Vatican officials send a priest and a novitiate to investigate the suicide of a young nun in Romania. They soon find themselves in a fight for their lives when they encounter a demonic force that takes the shape of a nun.
The movie will be released everywhere on September 7th.
