Thor: Ragnarok showed fans a whole different side of The Hulk, however, a photo from Avengers: Infinity War might be showing us something even wilder (obvious SPOILERS!).
Having already wrapped principle photography in Atlanta, Avengers: Infinity War did something bizarre. Atlanta Filming was there to capture the photo, and it’s hard to make sense of. It shows Iron Man kneeling while Wong seemed to be doing a spell or incantation of some sort. Then there’s Mark Ruffalo, and he looks really surprised.
In all fairness, you’d be surprised, too, if there was a huge foam hand coming toward your neck. More so if it was attached to you. They usually use the foam hand when they are filming Banner as the Hulk. In this picture, it looks like he could be fighting himself for control. This has happened before with the character, and as recently as Thor: Ragnarok. However, this has never resulted in a physical fight with himself. Avengers: Infinity War would have this as a first for the Hulk.
Well… to rock all of y’all’s world a little more. Have fun figuring this out. (BTW Marvel said it was ok to put this out I have just been holding to torture everyone) pic.twitter.com/SzTmPYeDyI

Avengers: Infinity War will be the second in a mini-trilogy in the Marvel Cinematic Universe featuring the Hulk. Kevin Feige was the one to pitch this to Mark Ruffalo:
“So basically, Kevin [Feige] pulled me aside before this, and said, ‘If you were gonna do a… if we were going to do a standalone Hulk movie, what would it be?’ And I said, ‘I think it should be this, this, this, and this and this, and ends up like this.’ And he’s like, ‘I love that. Why don’t we do that in the next three movies, starting with Thor 3 and then we go into Avengers 3 and 4.’ And I was like, ‘That sounds great!’ And so we are at the beginning of this arc.”
Avengers: Infinity War will release on May 4, 2018, while Avengers 4 will hit theaters on May 3rd the following year.
