For those of you who watched Spider-Man: Homecoming, you know that Spider-Man had a new suit at the end of the film.
He didn’t take the suit, but he was seen wearing it in the leaked footage from Avengers: Infinity War.
Art of VFX has released an official image from the film, that you can check out below:
The ending of the film was initially supposed to be a lot different – according to writers John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein:
“That scene with the press behind the door, that started off as a more clear opportunity for Peter to say to the world, ‘I Peter Parker, am Spider-Man,’” Goldstein explained. “And he decides not to do it and walks away. It’s still that, but it had been set up that if he could just tell the world who he is, he would get all his problems solved and be loved by everyone.”
Spider-Man: Homecoming was written by Jonathan Goldstein & John Francis Daley, Jon Watts & Christopher Ford, and Chris McKenna & Erik Sommers. The film is produced by Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal, and executive produced by Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Patricia Whitcher, Jeremy Latcham, and Stan Lee.
Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, young Peter Parker returns home to live with his Aunt May. Under the watchful eye of mentor Tony Stark, Parker starts to embrace his newfound identity as Spider-Man. He also tries to return to his normal daily routine — distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just a friendly neighborhood superhero. Peter must soon put his powers to the test when the evil Vulture emerges to threaten everything that he holds dear.
The film is currently playing everywhere.
