In a little under two weeks, we will finally see Tom Holland’s Spider-Man swinging onto the big screen in Spider-Man: Homecoming. As it stands, the full reviews are still under an embargo, but that hasn’t stopped those who are lucky enough to have already seen it from posting their initial reactions online and if they are anything to go by, Marvel may just have yet another hit on their hands.
Much of the film’s praise comes from it’s High School scenes as well as it’s young and diverse cast.
You can check out some of the reactions below:

Mike Ryan of Uproxx was quick to compare it to another teen film:
And this Peter just loves being Spider-Man more than anything. Pure joy. His catchphrase should be "With great power comes great FUN."

Sean O’Connell from CinemaBlend goes so far as to call it the GREATEST Spidey Movie:

My new favorite super hero movie of all time.

io9’s Germain Lussier also had a great time with it:
it felt weird at the start, but then act 3 clicks in BIG TIME. A few days removed, the more I think about it, the more I like it.
— Germain Lussier (@GermainLussier) June 24, 2017
And because people will ask, Spider-Man: Homecoming is EASILY the best Spider-Man movie since Spider-Man 2. Close to Raimi's original.
— Germain Lussier (@GermainLussier) June 24, 2017
However not everyone was impressed, with Crave Online’s William Bibbiani adding:
#SpiderManHomecoming is the third best Spider-Man movie. The cast is great, the tone is affable, the drama is… a little thin, honestly.
— William Bibbiani (@WilliamBibbiani) June 24, 2017
It definitely sounds as though Spider-Man: Homecoming will be yet another great addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and another huge success for Disney. This could be end up being a great year for comic book movies with Logan, Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2 and Wonder Woman all receiving great reviews critically. Let’s hope the trend continues with Justice League and Thor: Ragnarok later this year.
You can catch Spider-Man: Homecoming in theaters July 7th.
