It’s still going to be a long wait for Thor: Ragnarok, which currently has plenty of Marvel fans eagerly anticipating its release. The film’s first trailer was released fairly recently, and ever since everyone has been speculating that this may be the best Thor film yet.
While fans await for the release date to come around, there has been a new international trailer put out. The video was uploaded to YouTube and although there isn’t too much in terms of new footage, it has been edited quite differently.
The trailer runs around the same length as a TV spot, which helps make it feel much more action-packed and riveting. It even ends with Thor squaring off with the Incredible Hulk, and that’s something I can say everyone is waiting to see. Especially since the film is supposed to adapt pieces from the Planet Hulk storyline.
Surprisingly, the first trailer was viewed a shocking 136 million times in its first 24 hours, making it the most viewed trailer in a day for a Disney film ever.
Be sure to check out the trailer and plot synopsis below!
Imprisoned on the other side of the universe, the mighty Thor (Chris Hemsworth) finds himself in a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), his former ally and fellow Avenger. Thor’s quest for survival leads him in a race against time to prevent the all-powerful Hela (Cate Blanchett) from destroying his home world and the Asgardian civilization.
Thor: Ragnarok is set to hit theaters November 3, 2017.
