What the s&*t?! It looks like the sequel to last year’s comic book superhero film, Deadpool, has had to delay production. But don’t get your panties in a bunch; it’s only for one week.
Now, the production has come across a few hiccups with the loss of director Tim Miller and the seemingly long casting search for Cable, but the film will resume principal photography in the land of Maple Syrup known as Vancouver, Canada. Many sources to the production in the area have been listing the film as Love Machine, Deadpool 2 as the title, but that could just be them having a bit of fun. I vote for that title to stay – if they decide to change it.
Originally the production was set to start June 19th, but now we’re getting wind that it’s set for June 26th with hopes to wrap on October 6th.
As mentioned earlier, the production had been coming across problems with getting the sequel off the ground, but the ball was finally rolling when David Leitch (John Wick) was brought on board to direct.
Also included in trying to get everything in motion was the search for the perfect casting of the mutant with the abilities of probability manipulation, Domino. Thankfully, Atlanta star Zazie Beetz stepped up to plate and will most likely knock it out of the park.
