Having first donned the claws in 2000, Jackman has been in the role for the past 17 years and although this is his final outing, he’s recently gone on record as saying that he never really felt as if he truly nailed the character until now. In some cases, Jackman was usually let down from shoddy directing and a weak script however it seems now that the stars have finally aligned and fans have been given the perfect swan song to his most iconic role.
In the near future, a weary Logan cares for an ailing Professor X in a hide out on the Mexican border. But Logan’s attempts to hide from the world and his legacy are up-ended when a young mutant arrives, being pursued by dark forces.
