She was a brilliant actress, an advocate for mental health awareness, and an all-around wonderful person. She was gone too soon, and there is no easy way to deal with this loss. But there is a beauty in the way many fans have given tribute to the late Carrie Fisher.
One in particular that has stuck out is in relation to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Carrie Fisher never had an official star on it, so a few fans took it upon themselves to make one for her, in her memory.
It’s difficult to read on the image, but the text says:
“Carrie Fisher
May the Force be with you always.
Hope”
It’s a beautiful gesture from these people, and the site of the star has attracted a lot of attention. Even from those close to Fisher. Mark Hamill even responded to it:
She took a little piece of all of us with her. #TooSoon pic.twitter.com/QiKUQPR46p
