Unfortunately, those who were eagerly awaiting for Aquaman’s first solo outing into the DC Cinematic Universe, it now seems that you’ll have to wait just a little while longer.
Initially due for release on July 27th, 2018, the King of Atlantis won’t be hitting shores until October 5th, 2018. That’s almost a 3 month delay!
However, one has to stay calm in situations such as this and just hope that Warner Brothers have learned from there mistakes after this years releases.
Let’s keep our fingers crossed and pray to the God’s that Warner Brothers will leave the directors to do what they do best and direct. Although worryingly enough, this isn’t the first time that a DC property has had its release date moved – as we’ve all seen how The Flash has hit speed bump after speed bump in recent months.
One has to wonder if Warner Brothers even has a plan with all of there DC properties or if they’re simply plowing ahead without so much of a thought in the process. With Wonder Woman scheduled for release on June 2nd, 2017, we’ll have to see if the DC Cinematic Universe can win critical and fan approval after the divisive reception to both Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad.
Are you disappointed by this news? Are you looking forward to seeing Jason Momoa as Aquaman? Which other DC character would you like to see in the DC Cinematic Universe? Sound off down below!
