There’s been speculation that the first teaser trailer for the highly anticipated Spider-Man: Homecoming will be showcased for fans at the event in Brazil this weekend. While it’s likely that an official release is to come not long after, it appears as though there may be bootleg copy making the rounds before that.
An Instagram user by the name of troyanolo has posted what appear to be a couple of screengrabs from a trailer, although judging from the quality, it’s definitely not an official one.
Definitely not an official one.

Whilst it is hard to determine what is actually taking place in the images, it appears that the first two are showcasing Tom Holland’s titular hero in his secret identity of Peter Parker, presumably in some of the High School set scenes. The third image appears to show Spider-Man being viewed on some form of tablet, although who it is viewing the character is currently unknown. The fourth and final picture shows the webslinger suited up, although what else is going on in the picture is anyone’s guess.
Whether we’ll end up seeing a trailer for the film, either official or bootleg this Friday remains to be seen, but there’s a very good chance we’ll see at least a description of the footage shown in Brazil. If we don’t see a trailer this week, the next most likely opportunity would be in front of the equally anticipated Rogue One: A Star Wars Story wen it hits theatres December 15th.
Spider-Man: Homecoming is set to swing into theaters July 7th, 2017
