In case you didn’t know, Goldberg is back in the WWE after a 12 year absence. He apparently didn’t like the way that Vince McMahon used his character back in 2004 and decided to just leave the company rather than deal with more backstage politics.
Fast forward to 2016, and Goldberg is now feuding with Brock Lesnar. Rather than have to wait an entire 3 hours to see Goldberg return at the very end of WWE’s Monday Night Raw, the wrestler kicked off last night’s episode. That was great because as I’m sure most of you already know – Raw can be very hard to watch these days.
Goldberg started the episode off with a promo that was interrupted by Paul Heyman, who then trolled everyone by saying that Brock Lesnar was coming out (to the point of playing his music and having no one come out).
Rusev then came out for no real reason and challenged Goldberg – who was noticeably rusty.

All in all, for not having wrestled for 12 years, I think it was pretty good. It was definitely more entertaining than 85% of WWE’s current product.
