Following yesterday’s six second tease of a trailer for a trailer – the first actual trailer (that’s a lot of times to say ‘trailer’ isn’t it?) for Hugh Jackman’s last portrayal as Wolverine is here.
It’s been obvious that the film was going to take inspiration from (obviously not a full adaptation) of Old Man Logan and that appears to be the case.
Featuring “Hurt” by Johnny Cash, the trailer is pretty emotional and full of action as well. It definitely looks like it will be the R-Rated version of Wolverine that we’ve all been waiting for, and could also be the most “different” Marvel movie to date.
Check it out below:
In 2024, mutant births are severely in decline, and people aren’t sure why. A government-type operation is turning mutant children into killing machines. From this, Logan emerges as a mentor to a mutant girl, who has two claws instead of his three.
Logan hits theaters March 3rd, 2017.
