    Jon Bernthal on Whether Or Not THE PUNISHER Would Be Friends With DEADPOOL

    A few days ago, we reported on Jon Bernthal saying The Punisher would beat Batman in a fight at a Q & A session at NYCC.

    In a video that has now been analyzed by our staff countless times, we’ve found another interesting bit of information. A fan asked Bernthal whether or not he thought Punisher and Deadpool would be ‘good friends’.

    His response?

    “Eh.”

    Obviously, due to the rights situation, with Deadpool at FOX and Punisher at Marvel Studios, it will probably be a while before we see either of these characters square off on the big (or small) screen. It would obviously be an interesting fit, though, seeing as how they are both R-Rated characters – with much different personalities.
