For years now, we’ve heard about a Spawn reboot happening. Creator Todd McFarlane has given update after update but then we don’t hear anything about it. Well, it appears that the movie could finally actually be happen. He recently gave an update that he had finished a script and now, he’s provided something even more interesting.
A new look at his concept for the upcoming movie.
ComicBook.com has obtained the first look at the art from an upcoming episode of ‘Geeking Out’ in which McFarlane talks about the film.
Check out the art below:
He said that it won’t be a continuation of the 1997 film and that the script is dark, R-rated, scary and badass. He said the world will be very real.
“You’re never going to see a dude in a rubber suit….This is going to be my Jaws shark.”
The good news is that the film can’t be any worse than the last time we saw the character on the big screen. That’s pretty much a fact, rather than an opinion.
