Fans of Ben Affleck’s recent portrayal as Batman in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice will be happy to know there is more than just the car chase confirmed for him with the upcoming Suicide Squad.
Umberto Gonzalez has unveiled another rumor on the latest episode of “Heroic Insider” alongside Daniel Alter, speaking of screen tests that had more of Affleck as the Dark Knight:
“The film tested recently, they had test screenings, and according to sources, check this out, there is a lot more Batman in the movie than they are letting on.”
Considering that the main team holds members of The Caped Crusader’s Rogue Gallery, it would seem only logical for Batman to be involved in the plot more heavily. Interaction with Amanda Waller and the Squad can prove to be very interesting.

The film’s synopsis: Figuring they’re all expendable, a U.S. intelligence officer decides to assemble a team of dangerous, incarcerated supervillains for a top-secret mission. Now armed with government weapons, Deadshot (Will Smith), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Captain Boomerang, Killer Croc and other despicable inmates must learn to work together. Dubbed Task Force X, the criminals unite to battle a mysterious and powerful entity, while the diabolical Joker (Jared Leto) launches an evil agenda of his own.
Suicide Squad breaks loose in theaters August 5th.
