Footage Surfaces From The SUPERMAN Game That Never Was

As Warner Bros. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is upon us, footage from a short documentary shows a collaboration between Brash Entertainment and Factor 5 on creating a new Superman game  in the works, years before the Synder reboot was in play.

The documentary goes on to talk about the ideas of what was to use in the game, including villains and how to make the game something new and exciting from all the craptacular Superman games of the past. The problem the developers kept coming across was exactly how the story would go for the Man of Steel as to making it a really immersed gameplay. They even went as far as to ask for the aid of Bryan Singer. But alas, Warner Bros. decided to reboot the franchise and funding for the game was lost. Many of the employees were unpaid for their work. Unable to find a publisher for Factor 5, the company went under.

    Check out the footage below:

So here’s to wishing that maybe someday we’ll get a Superman game on the level that the Batman: Arkham games have set for superhero gaming. Like our Facebook page to receive the latest news on the world of film.
