Anthony Breznican of Entertainment Weekly has given his thoughts on the new Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.
“If you loved Man of Steel, you’ll love BvS,” he said, while saying that if you didn’t like the ending of Man of Steel, “BvS may redeem that.” And if you weren’t fond of Man of Steel’s dark tone? “Probably not for you.”
Finally, he added that Wonder Woman will be “fearsome” and that Batman and Superman will have “a moment” that will “make even the most cynical tear-up a little.”
It sounds like Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice will be an improvement over Man of Steel and a decent launching pad for the new DC Cinematic Universe.
