In 1979 we were touched by Kramer vs. Kramer. In 2003 we were horrified by Freddy vs. Jason. In 2005 we regrettably rented Alien vs. Predator. And in less than 24 days we WILL be entertained by the next chapter in the vs. series, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Yahoo! Movies has been given a peak at the beautifully constructed comic book penned by Christos Gage, penciled by Joe Bennett and inked by Sean Parsons. Titled Upstairs/Downstairs, the prequel centres around the unveiling of the Superman statue (as seen in the BvS trailer) with Bruce Wayne and Alfred watching the event from the Batcave and debating the unjust inheritance of glory for the Man of Steel (Although its kinda weird coming from a man who inherited his wealth and power from his family, but I digress).
