As everyone knows by now, Season 2 of Marvel’s Daredevil will feature the title character and The Punisher meeting. From all of the signs so far, the two characters will duke it out at the beginning – and then presumably become more friendly with one and other by the end of the season.
Charlie Cox explained how complicated their relationship is:
“It’s really complicated,” Cox told Empire. “It feels like they’re sworn enemies, but at times it feels like they could be best friends and brothers. In order to find common ground, compromise has to be made.”
And we assume that a compromise will eventually be made – after they brutally battle each other, of course.
