Could Spider-Man Appear In DOCTOR STRANGE?

With all the heroes running around New York in the comics, it only makes sense that they should cross each other’s paths at some point. With 2016 introducing two new denizens of the city in the form of Peter Parker and Dr. Stephen Strange, it sounds like we could be seeing it on screen as well.

A new photo, posted by Producer Louis D’Esposito to his Twitter page has been making its way around the geek circles due to its revealing nature. The photo, taken on the set of Doctor Strange, features D’Esposito with the film’s director Scott Derrickson and more interestingly Tom Holland, who next year will be swinging into our screens as Spider-Man.

    Check it out below:

While it is entirely possible that this simply a case of the actor visiting the set, given Marvel’s usual approach of connecting their films and the fact that they would likely want to integrate the character into the universe before his solo debut hits theaters in 2017 – there is also the chance that he may be filming a cameo for film.

We likely won’t know for sure until Doctor Strange hits theaters in November 2016.

What do you think? Is this just Holland meeting his new coworkers? Or could we be seeing our favorite wall-crawler in the Sanctum Santorum? Let us know below!
