We didn’t see much of Evan Peters’ Quicksilver in X-Men: Days of Future Past, but if you were a fan of what you saw, you’re in luck because it sounds like we’ll be seeing more of him in X-Men: Apocalypse.
The actor, talking to Collider revealed the following:
“Yeah, Quicksilver does his thing again, It’s bigger, longer, and more detailed. I think it’s an amazing sequence that they’ve put together.’ It sounds like it’s going to be bigger than his White House scene in Days of Future Past with Peters describing that they ‘shot for 22 days of second unit, working on the sequence.”
It sounds like he enjoyed filming his scenes as he describes the experience:
“Amazing, it’s so cool to take that much time to make something like that really pop and really work. Knock on wood, I think it’s going to be a fun and enjoyable sequence for people to watch, with Quicksilver running around and doing his thing in slow-mo time. I hope people like it.”
It may sound like a nightmare but Peters seems to be in good spirits revealing:
“It’s like camp. It’s a lot of fun, working on those movies.”
We’ll see just how impressive the scene is when X-Men: Apocalypse hits cinemas next year.
