STAR WARS: Rogue One Might Bring Back A Huge Character With CGI

    By Frank PalmerAugust 25, 2015

According to The Daily Mail, the director of Star Wars: Rogue One, Gareth Edwards, is planning to create an entirely CGI version of Peter Cushing’s Grand Moff Tarkin. As you all may know, Cushing passed away in 1994 – but that might not stop him from reprising the role.

There haven’t been any details as to how the character will fit into the plot of the movie but the source does say that “it’s a significant role” and one of the “most complex and costly CGI re-creations ever”.

As always, take this rumor with a grain of salt – but I have to ask all of you Star Wars fans – are you okay with this?
